i think when these tracks start tearing its time to get a new one... (just the rubber part)
im sure its expensive but keep safety in mind... dont want to be going 50MPH and have a track tear out ...
but if its only for plowing, depends on the damage (post pics) you might be able to:
-add 2 patches or plates and rivet them(like i said depending on the damage, and this might be the most durable thing you CAN do)
-sew it back , re-enforce with material like rubber sew it again and use glue...
-melt the track back abit and use glue with rubber pieces ....
like i said.. only a picture could help estimate the damage to know what would be your best bet...
