I need a battery suggestion

I have a '08 Sportsman 500 HO and have come to the conclusion I need a new battery. I have a winch that operates the snowplow, and for when I get stuck, and I also modified the headlights so all of them work when on the high beem setting. All that being said, should I get a bigger battery for the increase drainage on it? Is that even possible? What kind of battery type, size, ect. The one that's in it now is one off the shelf at walmart I think. Thanks..

Get a AGM(absorbed glass mat) battery no acid to worry about and it's ready to install when you buy it.

An AGM battery cost about $85.00 exchange depending on where you buy it. Its well worth the money they last longer than 1 year and you don't have to worry about acid spills. Interstate brand and DEKA(East Penn,CARQUEST) are the brands I have used. I have also heard a YUSA battery is good.

On my 08 500HO the battery rack seems to be bigger than the installed battery. Can I modify the rack to take a bigger battery. On my RZR I have an Odyssay PC925L battery that has saved my bacon twice. I know these winches take a large Amp draw and I would like to replace with the largest battery I can,
John
