2010 500 touring limited edition

Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I've been researching the Polaris 2 up's and I've found a seller that has a 2010. He's telling me that it's a limited edition and it has EFI. I can't find any post that show a 2010 500 touring with EFI and is a Limited Edition?? Did they make one of these??

Welcome to the forum! I'm not sure which part of your guy's advertisement to question first. In 2010, the 500 Touring was not an EFI (the 550 XP Touring was the EFI model that year). Also, I don't remember any limited editions in that year on any Touring models. I do remember a LE Touring 800 in 2009, but that's as close as I can get. Keep us posted.

There was a 2009 touring 500 efi. I found this info at ATV.COM.

That's what I thought, his ad just didn't seem right! So I'm going with the 2011 550 touring model. I've got a couple of dealers here in North Georgia that I'm working with for the best price. Moved here in 2009, am retired and looking forward to riding. Lived and worked in Northen Illinois for 42 years, so now the fun begins!! Thanks for your quick reply, take care, Jim

Maybe he purchased it new in 2010. 2008 there was a 500 efi touring LE.

Yea, maybe, but either way, I'm not buying it!! to many loose ends. Going with a new 550 tourer.

Good choice. If you found the seller on the Internet, it may be a scam. I have an 11 Touring & you will love it! Retirement is great, isn't it?
