Don't know if your still having problems but this is my thought.

I would say that because all of the switches on that side seem to be acting up, it might be just a wiring harness issue. Maybe there is corrosion in the connectors or some mud that is shorting between two contacts in the fuse block. Or the connectors are just loose and as the quad vibrates it shakes loose then wiggles itself back on.
