Lt - Those look to be fairly good quotes. Any 850 XP EPS less than $9k looks to be fair. For a 10' I'd look a little lower into the mid $8s if possible. The guy I'm getting my 11' from had a 10' as well, same color, etc... and that would have been about $300-400 less. regardless, any good deal is one in which both parties are happy with.
