My first mistake was going to Taco bell for lunch. Then I went to pick up something from the new Big Lots that is in the same parking lot. Then the ramifications of taco bell hit me. I walk into the only stall which happens to be a handicap one. WTH???? What was the guy thinking that mounted the paper holder? I could not reach it without getting up off the seat, what if the user was handicapped in a physical way and not just mentally like me. What a doofus.

I'm not sure where else you could mount it with the toilet being so close to the wall??

it looks like he could have mounted it below the bar . it would be better then across the stall.

Really if the user would have been a wheel chair user, the wheel chair would have been between him and the paper.

Yea if the toilet was just over another 6" it would have easy to mount on wall to the left under hand rail. and the hand rail behind the toilet what's with that?

OK someone told me the reason. The contractor was confused. He thought he was in the woman’s stall. It would not matter there as they always go in pairs anyway. One to hold the purse and get the paper ready for the other.
