Enclosed trailer floor

I'm looking to get a enclosed V nose trailer, and was wondering what u guys put on the floors to water proof them so u can wash them out? I've been looking at them with the poly bead flooring, but they cost so much more than just the plywood floor. Can u use something like Line-x or something to that afect?

You could go with Line-X or similiar but that might be the most $$$ option. I used Cabot Oil-based stain (Home Depot or Lowes) on my open trailer plywood deck, top, sides, and bottom. I wanted to protect the wood but keep the porous finish so the ATV (and me) would not slip. Another option is Spar Varnish (used on boats) (also at Home Depot or Lowes) and sprinkle clean dry sand over it while its still wet. Once it drys, just sweep out the excess sand.

I bought Herculiner to coat mine. Its basically a brush on truck bed liner that can get messy, but its durable as hell once its down. I plan on coating the walls up to a height of 20" so my tires don't scuff the walls either.
Its super durable and you can spill gas or oil with no ill effects ... just was hit right off. If you manage to crack it or tear out a chunk (dunno how) you can just re-coat over the damaged spot to fill it.

I bought it at AutoZone, and they run coupon specials so you can find it for under $80 on sale. Expect it to take 2 gallons, so $160 to do a 6x12 trailer.
