What does your screen name mean?

Some are obvious, but others....

I'll start:

My last name is Veal, so in college my roomate called me Chops and it's pretty much been with me ever since.

I just really want to know what a Stealthepooty is!

The name says it all. I am truly an old fart in Missouri. We live just outside of St. Louis and do our ATVing at a campground called Wildwood by the nuclear plant in Fulton. I rode motorcycles for fun for 50+ years including a couple of seasons as a motorcycle cop. My wife and I are new to ATV's and have 2 Polaris Xplorer 300's.
so wth the obvious age, I truly deserve and have earned the name, Old Fart in MO

A friend of mine and I got prattling on about Chinese starsigns, I was born in the year of the monkey (earth monkey to be exact) so I copped the Nick of Monkey Man, he was year of the Horse so he got the name of Mr Ed...

Mine is a two part. Also derived from personal experiences...

Way back, just after high school I was working in a garage pumping gas and working on cars. I had a knack for carburetors and rebuilding them. That got me the CW... Carburetor Willie.

The LONG SHOT came from my long time hobby with the shooting sports. I used to shoot some local archery events. Most all would have a very long range target set up and I seemed to have a knack there too. About the same time we where deer hunting and a small buck was feeding in a open field about 80+- yards away. I had a "pin" for the range and because of all those long range targets I knew I could make the shot. So I did... Thing is my pop was there ahead of me and was watching the same deer form about forty yards to the side. Waiting for the deer to get closer. My shot was true and he watched in disbelief as "his" deer ran about 30 yards from him and fell over dead.
At about the same time handgun silhouette matches where getting real popular. For those who don't know the event, you shoot at four different steel silhouette targets at four different ranges, all with a hand gun to two hundred meters. I did pretty well. One day a couple guys where talking about the inaccuracy of short barrelled "belly gun" revolvers. I said that they could be quite accurate and there inaccuracy was the shooters not the gun. I was called on it and a challenge was issued. From a rest I shot five shots into a 4" circle at 100 yards, with a 2" barreled S&W revolver. They stopped the heckling... and some time later I was Long shot. I put them together and CW Longshot has been me ever since.

As the name implies, I raced (dirt cars) when I was younger, the car number was 37l.
