I have not seen one yet but they are becoming more common. I have seen a bear and a wolf, but in the car, not on the atv. The wolf was not a welcome sight.

when i saw mine i was actually floating down the river in my boat, very piecefull and quite, cought movement to my right, looked and there it was in mid air leaping across a creek. took me a few moments to realize what i just saw. just 20 yards away. then went and bought a trail cam, about 3 weeks later after no pics at that location i moved it to my property on the next river over(about 1/4 mile) so i could check on it better and i'll be damn if i did'nt get it on cam! actually rubbed it's cheek on the cam. this spooked me because this is next to the field we farm. down there all the time. no telling how many times that thing set and watched me!!! one of the reasons i ALWAYS carry a gun!

The DNR refuses to acknowledge the existence of them here in the U.P. of Michigan... I've seen multiples, and had one on my old trail camera

I've never seen a live one - at least a live one outside of captivity. I have however seen tracks at my mother in laws place in south Kansas City Mo, not too far from the KCIR Drag Strip about 4 years ago. She has ~20 acres there. My bro in law said to me "come here I want to show you something". He took me down to the back of the property which backs up against a small river and a railroad crossing. He showed me some tracks in the mud and asked me "what do you think made those?" I looked, did a double take got down on my knees in the mud and said "Dude thats a big cat!" He said "yeah thats what I was thinking too." The tracks were about half again larger than a big labrador retreiver but had a huge pad in the rear and no toenail marks in the mud. My bro in law told me he'd been hearing some things back there in the night that gave him goosebumps. We followed the tracks until it crossed a road and disappeared. They are here and have lots of things to eat.

Thhey have been spotted and photographed here in the St Louis area just within the last few months. There have been reputable sightings of some around Fulton Mo as well. Guess the population is on the rise

We definitely have them in this part of the country (Colorado). It doesn't really matter if you are in the mountains are down in town. We get them breaking into homes around Denver, and always have a few attacks every year. The attacks usually happy to people out running trails. Apparently the mountain lions around here have a taste for healthy, active, and athletic individuals. Oh, and I've seen a few in my days.

Well maybe not a mountain lion but it was still pretty cool all things considering everthing else was downhill after thatAttachment 2575

This was the down hill part I spoke of, this job later became known as the Lehigh acres disaster, kind of ironic that my initial observation of the site was this beautiful bobcat unbeknownst that my other beautiful bobcat would be up to its eyeballs in fl quicksand, lost my windshield due to the pressure of the mud and it took two days to retrieve
