And I want to use it on the roads, then I have to have registration,
To do that, I need a CoC paper (Certificate of Conformity)
Is it possible to get it on this old type of ATV?
Where can I get it?

You can only get it from your dealer in Sweden. They are the ones who stamp the frame and issues the COC.
