yup im pretty sure this is why there are more and more stupid people out there they are taking away the ways for stupid people to kill them self in this sue happy world we live in.
i have one for my ice auger is nice its for a lever on the handle and a saftey, flip the saftey squeeze the handle and you got gas want it to stop in a hurry let go, perfect for filling small engines. BUT a last year my gas gauge took a dump in my truck and i ran outa gas walked to the gas station, got a can and gas walked back to my truck. this new fandangled spout got me enough gas to get me to the station, they rest of the gas and the can just about got whiped into traffic.....and it seems like the ones that are worth a shit are an arm and a leg!
