ATV siren?

Hi guys,
I wanted to put the Whelen WSSC 30 Watt Siren/Speaker on my 2008 Polaris Sportsman 500 EFI. I do not know the location of the fuse box, (which I guess I need to know), and any suggestions on placement of the speaker would be great. I am new to "do-it yourself" work, and would love any suggestions. I am also thinking of putting some emergency lighting on it, (since I patrol the beaches), and if anybody has any previous experiences with that kind of stuff, feel free to share. Thanks!

I put a Whelen Strobe kit in my truck and I'm sure its quite similar so if you have questions about that let me know. Not sure about the speaker though.
