Belt and Clutch

Earlier, I participated in a couple of threads involving Belt Install and Belt Hitting the Cover which both topics can be inextricably linked to New Bike Break In Procedure.

I am providing links to videos on belt and clutch procedures and more importantly, clutch theory. All of which can be found by digging into one of the links I provided above. In this thread, I summarize them.

Primary Clutch Shaft

Great info and videos. I tip my hat to people who take the time and effort to make videos like this and post them.

What holds the primary clutch assy. from turning on the shaft ? I can't quite make out if the end of the shaft is splined. If not, there has to be a keyway and key in there. I watched the assembly a second time and didn't see any mention of either splines or keyed shaft.
