Injuried my lower back

Hey guys, haven't been on for a little bit. I pinched my sciatic nerve in my lower back, and can barely lay on the floor for the past 4 days. This really sucks, and not sure when I can ride again. I can really only rest and take muscle relaxers/pain killers.

This sucks to be laid up in the middle of summer

I can sympathize with your situation - been there! Good luck with your back and speedy recovery to you.

Hey redneck, best wishes and a speedy recovery. Been thinking about coming up your way in Sept. That is if I can get over having two stents put in my heart in the last month.

Trust me I know how you feel. I broke my L1 with a minor compression fracture and pulled some back muscles, on May 8th. Just this past monday I started physical therapy. Hoping to get back to work and riding next month, getting real tired of my life being on hold.

Good Luck, and Take It Easy!

after you get healed up ,i think you should talk to your doctor,i believe that there are certain excercises that you can do to keep that sciatica at bay.
