Tall windshield, grip and thumb warmers, complete maintenance.
Wondering if anyone makes a partial faring of some design that will direct heat off the engine to the operator's area. I spend lots of time ice fishing with my machine and probably will put 100 miles a week on it this winter just doing that.

Tall Windshield does wonders! Helmet with heated shield so it does not fog up. Warm long gloves that take warm packs (keeps you even warmer with heated grips). Snowmobile boots (with warm packs), A very good snowmobile suite. I prefer bibs and jacket. thick socks and some good tires and you are ready to roll! We do about 800 miles on the trails in the colder months. Remember layer well. Its better to be warm and take something off then be cold and not have anything extra!

Is there a good Anti-Fog spray for shields that anyone can recommend for cold weather?

My favorite winter accessories are the hot tub, a bottle of champagne, and my girl friend.

block heaters...

FNG here... My first post... I have an engine block heater on my truck that is great in the cold months, I'm going on a 2 week hunting trip with my quad and was wondering if someone makes a block heater for quads and are they even necessary?

You must be young... I thought the same thing about 30 years ago. Now its, a quick shower, cup of hot cocoa, and the TV bopper. LOL

I'm surprised nobody mentioned a seat warmer.
