Do you guys resurface your rotors when you change pads?

Just wondering, since its a standard thing to do on autos, but there isnt much meat on atv rotors so not sure how you'd even do this??

As thin as an ATV rotor is, you would be better off just replacing it, theres just not enough metel there to try and resurface.

Nope. They'll eventually resurface themselves. If they're that worn, then they need to be replaced.

I've had my 02 for 8 years and never even replaced the pads. With the EBS I hardly use the brakes enough for much wear.

It really depends on the condition of the rotor but most of the time i just slap on a new set of pads.
