700 Sportsman tie rod Adjustment?

Is there an adjustment for the tie rods on my 2003 700? My left front wheel looks like it not in alignment with the rear wheel, it is pointing out. Could something in the suspension be bent.

best way to chalk the wheels is jack up the front end and with a block or something hold the chalk in one position as you or someone else spins the wheel without turning side to side make your mark it will have a straigh line all the way around to measure from. after doing each wheel let the atv down and roll it back and forth and also bouce to compress suspension back to normal. this should give you the best center mark for your tow

My 700 is currently in the shop getting new ball joints, A-arm, and tie-rod because my front right wheel was pointing out. Dealer told me there was no adjustment.
