HD front spring and 1.5"-2" rear lift Combo

Was thinking maybe with everyone adding HD front springs that to compensate out back is to put on a rear lift...
So instead of jacking up the rear springs and causing the ride to get ultra stiff, you can add a rear lift and just turn the springs up a notch or so it will really level the bike out well, keep a good ride and overall good handling... Good idea or no?

i just did the hd fronts and i have to agree i definitely need a rear lift,
but i will wait a few months and see if the new hds will break in or not.
i did click up the preloads on the rear, makes it stiff but not taller

Clicking up the rears doesn't seem to really raise the rear with no rider, but it stops it from sinking so much when you sit on it. I though of doing a rear lift, but I hear so many issues that I'm choosing not to yet.
