Front spring questions

I have 2006 500efi X2, when i'm looking at the front it seems the wheels are leaning in at the top and out at the bottom. Is this a spring problem? if so does anyone make a stiffer aftermarket spring?

Mornin Tenn,
I would say yes your springs are beginning to sag... Also YES you can get HD replacements!! Polaris, Hi-lifter and EPI all make them. I choose EPI but Polaris are a bit cheaper. its one of the best things I have done on my 700!! EASY to do as well! Check out one of our sponsors and get yourself a set!!

It's normal. Nothing to worry about. If you want to fix it, as mentioned above, there are hd spring options. Replacing them can be done in as little as 30 or 45 minutes if you're handy with a wrench. The polaris ones are $49.95 for the set. You can order them online, but if you get them at the stealer, you can probably avoid the shipping cost. If they do want to charge you shipping, just ask them to add the springs to their next stock order. You may have to wait a while to get them, but you can avoid the shipping charge.

Will this give any additional lift to the front from the stock height?

Some. It depends on how much sag there is in your front end. Most people seem to get around 1" of lift or so, My front springs were so bad that it gave me almost 2.5".

I would suggest to check your shock and spring, if you want to retain the stick height change the spring and stiffer shocks.
