2011 sportsman 500 soft brakes

so this is on my 99 xplorer 400. The last 2 times I went out the same thing happened. both times this happened it was shortly after being taken off the trailer and about a mile down the trail and no brakes. I pumped the brakes a ton for five minutes. than give up let it set than magically there is brakes again and they work great all day.

I bleed the brakes last time this happened. The brakes feel fine to me not spongy.

Bad Master Cylinder, or a leak in the line (air getting in) I'd say.
