Master Cylinder For 96 Sportsman 400

I needed to replace the master cylinder on the subject ATV. I read a post somewhere (but I can't remember where) that Wilwood made a unit that would work on the Polaris. I found a model that the salesman said it should work on the Polaris so I ordered one. I installed it and bled the system. The brake system holds pressure and does not have any fluid leaks, but I have to pump the handle twice to fully engage the brakes. So I'm suspicious that (a) I still have some air in the lines, or (b) the Wilwood master cylinder doesn't put out enough fluid in one stroke to fully activate all three brake cylinders. Has anyone else used a Wilwood? Did it work?

Thanks, Mike

Could also be that you have too much pad clearance when the brakes aren't applied.
