EBC Severe Duty pads. I ride a lot of mud and they seem to hold up pretty good.

Since disc brakes are so easy to change. I purchase the cheapest pads I can find. Last ones I bought were clearance items $8.00 per axle. Work just as well as original. Have not worn them out yet.

hatcoleman has a point...I've used the elcheapo's on some of the bikes I fix for friends and they often actually stop better than the severe duty pads but won't last nearly as long. If you keep a close eye on them and don't mind changing more often they work just fine.
