I would say yes its time for an upgrade!!
When I first got my machine I didnt like the soft suspention at all. Then i added a plow and found it down rite suked!! I installed EPI HD front springs and fixed the problem rite quick!! Easy to do reg hand tools compressors not needed for FRONTS.
Out back it is different. Your gonna need compressors but even then its a pretty easy job. I just finished the HD rear springs last night would have taken less than one hour. But i wanted to paint the springs first.

I bought both springs off EBay from a outfit in Bangor Maine. Quick ship and good $$.
