caliper rebuild
how do i get the pistons out of a 2001 400 scrambler rear brake caliper to install new seals/orings?

I haven't rebuilt one in a ATV... yet. Cars can be a pia too there is a clip in some of them other screw in... dont know on the ATV sorry man. Maybe try a manual?

Take the caliper off the disc and mash the lever.

thanks for help,got caliper and master cylinder seals out and new ones ordered...hope this fixes it!

remove the caliper and the hoses and use a air hose presure aply air to one of the hose hole and hold the piston of the calper and apply air to push it out make sure that the brake fluid is out of it or you will make a big mess
