Trail Boss A-Arms

Hello all, I'm a newbee to the forum. Have done a bunch of reading, and have gotten a ton of info from everyone, thanks.

I own a 96 trail boss 250, that I'm trying to turn into a mx atv. I know it's not the best machine for this, but what the heck I'm goona give it a try. Anyway my first idea is trying to widen out the suspention, and I was thinking that maybe I could add 400 sport a-arms and rear axle to give it a wider base. Are the 400's arms longer, and if so would they mount to the boss frame?

I've also been in contact with Rick Ritter, and am on the verge of ordering his stage 1 kit. I have a brother-in-law that says theres no way I can get a polaris to run with some of the more sport atv's, but I'm bound and determained to prove him wrong.

Thanks in advance for your responce. All help will be much appreciated in my atempt to prove some of the Polaris bashers wrong.

WELCOME!!

I have seen a couple of such machines.... I am CERTAIN they will run with any "sport" machine if the rider is experienced...

Something tells me this one is not stock anymore...
