The overall length is fine, its just the spring is too short and or not powerfull enough. On my invoice it says Front springs so I thought they were giving me some front springs too. Only got rears that are not right and now they wont help me.

So I called them again today and got told they would email or call back. Finally late today Eric called and said he was sending new springs out. I am not sure he is clear on the issue I am having, I only explained it in 5 emails and as many phone calls. The whole issue is rather disappointing.

People forget about shocks all the time. I didn't do it on any of my utility quads until this year. It will be the first move I make from now on. The handling improves 100% with some real shocks on the quad! With the adjustable preload/rebound/compression you can dial them in for any terrain!

If you can afford to get some. Elka's are the way to go!
So how much were 4 shock worth with the discount??? I'm a fairly agressive rider and it sounds like it was a world of difference

2 triple rate stage 1 shocks with rebound (front) $525
2 quad rate stage 1 shocks with rebound (rear) $525
shipping $40

$1090 for the whole deal.

Thats about a $400 dollar savings from the list price.

If you ride agressive upgrading the shocks will make a huge diffrence in your ride quality. Those stock shocks are crap from Polaris.

Don't miss a group deal if one pops up. I'm glad I didn't.

So I finally got my replacement springs today and they are waaay better than the wimpy ones they originally shipped. In fact I couldnt even use the preload springs he supplied I had to use the orignal opreloads becasue I couldnt install the spring retainer because the new springs were too powerfull to compress enough to insert the clip. Anyways I used the new main spring and the original preload and now I can get my quad to sit up properly. Turning down the adjusted 1 inch gives me original ride height and I have lots of room to play. Took forever but I am satisfied now.

Glad you finally gotten taken care of. How many weeks did it take? You have to ship those old springs back?

I'm going to call them myself tomorrow. My front springs have zero preload and it stands straight up. I need to drop it down a little bit in the front. Probally need a softer stage 2 spring as my fronts are triple rate.

Hey Smooth, thanks for your interest. I sent them an email and ask if they want them back. THey didnt say anything or supply and prepaid shipping label or anything. Its just weird why they sent the wrong springs. I did a search on the internet and found a few other people who went through the same thing as me. Replacement shocks had weak springs that wouldnt allow even stock ride height. One guy was a snowmobile and the other guy was a quad rider. Just weird way to do business. THey told me over a week ago they had replacement springs and took untill today to get them. I must have sent 20 emails to them. THey stopped answering them a week ago.
