atp 500 rear brakes not working

The front brakes work but not well but the brake lights still light up fine. The rear brakes have nothing when you hit the foot pedal and also the brake lights don't light up. Is there anyway to adjust them? Pads appear to have plenty of life left. Thanks.

Try to bleed the system of better yet drain the whole brake fluid and change for a fresh one.
