customer care number

Hi guys,
2011 850 Browning LE EPS
I am trying to get my dealership to warranty a seat that came ripped. They said they would do it but now I am going on 4 months. I need a or does someone have a customer care number for polaris that I can call and check why this is taking so long!!

I am afraid that polaris will just turn you back to the dealership. Does the dealership have your machine? Did they say they would order the part and call you when it came in? Was it torn on the floor when you purchased it? If so why didnt they replace it right then and there? I would call or show up to the dealership and ask to speak with a supervisor and if i didnt get or hear what i wanted i would continue up the chain until someone got tired of me calling. The only thing i would worry about is the warranty going out after 6 months and then the dealership saying i am SOL. I dont know what the dealership is doing, but whatever they are doing is not good customer service (whether its keeping you in the dark as to whats happening with your service or just not doing anything at all). I hope that the issue is they are just having trouble getting the seat. I am not familiar with the 2011 850 Browning LE EPS, but the seat does not look to be special for that for the browning edition.

I would demand a new seat from an XP on their floor so they can get you out the door! Tell them this is nuts and shouldnt be this issue. Then find an XP they have for sale, and say something like, "this seat looks nice, ill take it! otherwise i am going to file a formal complaint about this" trust me, they will work much harder to replace the seat of their own machine then yours, which it sounds like they just dont care

Sounds like a dealership that you want to steer people away from if you can.

Well, I spoke to the customer Care people from PoPo,

The lady I spoke to (Angie) was absolutely wonderful. She is going to follow up on this and found out for me that the dealership did not order or try to get it warrantied according to her records. She called the dealership while I waited and did not get the service dept. person she needed to follow up on this seat issue. I did purchase the extended polaris star warranty and she said there is no reason that the dealership should not just warranty this seat. Angie said she will follow up with the dealership tomorrow. She guaranteed me a call back by tomorrow afternoon with some type of resolution. If this all happens I will be very happy. She also told me about a special dealership that will help with diagnosis and expertise info. I will be testing that soon with the whine in the rear end of my 850. Will keep you guys posted on progress.

sounds like a bad dealership. mine dealership has warrentied mine seat off mine 06 800 when it was a couple months old because while hunting they bottom of the seat melted, the old exhaust didnt have good enough heat shields and melted it pretty good. walked out the same day from mine dealership witha new seat they took of one from the floor. ( like blueline said) .

The dealership and there rep from PoPo contacted me today and said my seat will be replace ASAP!! WE will see......Keep you posted but will say that the customer care people that I contacted worked.
