850XP = Love

So I bought a 850 XP in October.

First brand new ATV for me at 27. Used to own ild crappy atv's so I bought a cadillac imo.

Since october not that I regretted my choice, but MAN is it powerfull or what!

Since I only ride in slow dirt trails and dirt roads, I was thinking that maybe I should have bought a 550 since I did not need the extra power.

PLUS, I was not used to drive such a big ATV.

Since then I started to get the feel of the bike and started to be more comfortable while driving it.

I used to ride dirtbikes so there was a certain adaptation needed.

Last w-e I went into a swamp while I was hunting.

Ice, mud, trees...
Got stuck into a puddle coz of the ice and mud.

MAN WAS I GLAD TO HAVE THAT EXTRA POWER THEN!!!!

Took me 30 secs and I was out. My brother could not believe it.

Point is: Got my lesson. Now I don't regret buying the 850.
Especially now that I am starting to be more comfy to ride it a little harder (lol), I LOVE the extra power!!!!!

Lol! That's how I felt when I picked mine up. This is my first full sized big bore utility atv and my only complaint is...why did I wait so long! Coming from all types of sport quads, I always looked at the big utility quads as "pappy cruisers", you know the quad old guys rode, lol. But after having it a few months now I won't be going back to sport quads. These quads are just so versatile, from shooting around the trails to hauling camping gear & wood to plowing snow, theres nothing this quad can't do.
