2002 scrambler help

I just got a new to me scrambler, took it out for the first time a week ago and love it so far,

While out riding my buddy broke the pull starter pulley, the electric starter was already broken from owner before me.

So to my proablem, while it was running it had no issues and rode great, i since replaced the starter and am waiting for a new pulley. i re-assymbled it with out the pull starter and it will start with the starter but sounds like the bendix isnt disengaging completly (ordering new one). What i dont understand is that it is now leaking anti-freze at the very bottom of what i believe is the water pump, any thoughts or help would be greatly appriciatted.

there is a small hole at the bottom of waterpump, called a weep hole , if its leaking from there you need a new mechanical seal in waterpump.

Is it just called a water pump seal? Is it hard to do? thanks
