fuel shut-off relocation pics
Well I've been wanting to do this for a while now and finally got around to it. Why Polaris puts the fuel shut-off valve in a location where a cover needs to be removed is beyond me. It only took me a couple hours. I only had to buy 5' of 1/4" fuel line (9.00 bucks). The loop in the hose keeps enough pressure on the valve to hold it tight against the fender. Once I put the front storage box on, the valve is tucked very nicely in the corner to prevent from getting damaged. It ended up so close that I actually had to shave off some of the red plastic handle to fully twist.
I hope this upgrade doesn't do anything to the fuel flow.

Great job. I may just steal that idea from you. The stock location on my Sportsman aggravates me to the point that I don't use it.
