Unhappy 1998 sportsman rear drive shaft nightmare !!!

It all started when my right rear drive shaft broke at the main( inside not the wheel end ) the yoke ear had snapped of. I took it to a close by repair guy to see if ti was something he could handle and he thought he could. He replaced the broken part not the entire shaft replaced all joints on both sides and when I took it home rode for approx. half hour the joints popped on the left side. took the machine back he was somewhat puzzled but was going to replace joints because he thought they may have been bad.Replaced and took for test ride before calling me blew them out again this time damaging the yoke on this shaft (inside same as other side).Ordered new part replaced just part and new joints because everytime they just blow apart needless to say.I picked it up today rode for another half hour and shaft broke again this time the outer yoke (the wheel side). Was hoping to get some educated thoughts on this delema.Thank for any input in advance.

I looked up cv-man didnt find anythjng . Iwas wondering if there is a certain way to set the two shafts for balance and if that is what could be making the joint pop and break the yoke or if the steel on the old parts are just fatigued. Iwill be replacing the entire shaft with new but this has been an expensive lesson for the repair man on my dime.

I think the u-joint you are putting in it is the wrong size. If they are correct make sure the wheel bearing is not locking up and causing the u-joint to come apart.

I hope that the repair guy is not making this mistake or some other stupid stuff and not realizing it,but I am starting to wonder.I have had the bike back to him for three times know going on four.I am going to get complete shafts with the joints already installed and let him install and hope to be done ,this is costing more than the bike is worth.Your probably thinking why take it back to this repair guy but I have paid him to fix the bike and its not.
