2012 Outlaw gas leak

I bought my son a 2012 Polaris Outlaw 90 for Christmas and fuel is always coming out of the overflow tube that hooks up right under gas cap.Even when tank is not completly full.The bad thing is that the fuel dumps onto the front of the bike.I think that this is a horrible design and wish someone could help me with this problem. Thanks.

Take is back to the dealer should still be under warrenty

Tried that already. They rerouted the overflow line fuel no longer goes on the front of the bike, now it leaks on the frame not much of a fix.
