Vin Help 1xacg38cxy2130836

Hey everyone. Just picked up a polaris atv. Not sure the year or model/engine size. Heres the vin not sure of the fifth digit though (G or 6)?

1XACG38CXY2130836

I cant find a site where it breaks down the vin, digit by digit. Ive been able to do this on most other vehicles and motorcycles ive owned. Anyone know any good sites? Or if someone can decode it for me thatd be great. Pretty sure its a 2000 based on the 10th digit may be wrong. Im going to upload some pics and maybe someone can help me with what is is.

So im pretty sure its a 2000 xplorer 400 4x4. Its 2 stroke, chain drive in rear, driveshaft up front, and has a speedo. Someone correct me if im wrong that its a 2000 explorer 400. Thanks

It's a 2000 year model. The 7th and 8th digit of the vin is 38 so that means it's a EC38PL(400cc). The 4th digit is "C" so the body style is Gen IV. The 8th digit is "C" that means non-CARB approved(California Air Resources Board). With it being a 2 stroke I would say it's a 2000 Explorer 400 4x4. That's all the info I can give you about the VIN. I have a service manual and it decodes vin #'s and tells you what each digit stands for. It covers the 1996-1998 models.
