Everyone I ride with uses Rotopax and we all love them because they don't leak and are rotomolded. The two one gallon cans fit in my front box great. I know Thor has a way to mount them in the front box, but I just sit them in and the lid keeps them tight.

I have a rotopax. You can link the two gallon ones together then put them flat across the back or the front of the ATV. You need a mounting clamp from them to hold them tight, or tight bungees.

One a side note they are thin so they are a bit awkward to fill or just put them in a box or something to hold them up while you fill them with gas.

Rotopax

I have a Kolpin 4 gal I picked up on ebay for 60 and so far it hasn't leaked saved another 60 bucks on mounts with eye bolts and bungees.

Those are the right ones.

Here is a link where Thor has them mounted inside the front box. Not sure if they just sit in their, but I think he sells some sort of mount holding them in.

HEY! Looking for RotoPax Fuel Packs.

Thor also sells a lock n ride mount for the rack that works with Kolpin and Rotopax.

Do you have a picture of your 1 gallon rotopax in your front Lock & Ride? When it's closed does the Lock & Ride bulge?
