2006 Sportsman 500 HO vs 2006 Polaris Sportsman 500 EFI?

I've noticed on my 2006 Sportsman ATV that on the ATV itself is says "500 HO", but on the owners manual it says "500 EFI". Then if I go to look at a parts schematic for the ATV there is an option for both a 500 HO and a 500 EFI. And, there are differences in some part numbers between the two, for instance the belts are different, as are the driven clutches. So anyway for the past few years when I've needed parts I ordered for a 500 HO without any issues and only recently when dealing with clutch issues I'm noticing I need to be ordering parts for a 500 EFI to get the correct parts. Has anybody else noticed this or had parts ordering issues because of it?

Let me try to give you some clarity.

They are both H.O machines. The 500 HO is the carbed model. The 500 EFI is also an HO. In 2006 the EFI models also came with EBS (engine braking system) which would be why the clutches and belt is a different part number then the other unit. The EBS works through the clutching.
