Polaris sent me this email by mistake..

So I got an email today from Polaris addressed to dealers. I assume it is a mistake. If you copy and paste the link, you can do the learning module for dealers regarding customer service. I did...hehehe

Subject: Customer Service Index (CSI) changed to Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Dear Polaris Dealer,

We announced that on Monday, December 12th, 2011 the Customer Service Index (CSI) changed to Net Promoter Score (NPS). Please remember the training module is still available to view and learn about: •What Net Promoter Score is and how it is measured
•What changes happened on the dealer website
•How to navigate the new website
The training module is less than 15 minutes and will be very helpful for your dealership to learn how customers view their service experience at your dealership. This training module is open to anyone in your dealership and will be available in the Learning Management System at Login Page or on your dealer website under News, Forms, and Links - Service Webcasts & MSD.

You can also use the link below to go directly to the training module.

I also recieved that email. Haven't had the time yet to see how the dealers customer service is supposed to be treating me, but you can bet I will find out.

NPS. That's pretty clever. I LOL'd when I saw that. Then I ROFLMAO'd. Then my buddy asked WTF? To which I replied IDK. Then I LOL'd once more, borrowed his GMC to go to TGIFriday.

Yep, a little embarassing for whoever sent it, but my take away from it is positive..
Its an inside look at Polaris commitment to ever improving service.. This simply shows that they are working to support and encourage their dealers to respond the right way to customer feedback..
