How to bypass the pin for park and high?

Talking about the pin with a spring attached to the foot brake. Sick of having to push the foot brake before putting it into high or park.

Also, which wire coming out of the selector on the transmission puts out 12 volts for reverse, I'd like to hook up a reverse light that comes on when I put the selector in reverse.

There might be a couple pig tails in the back ,prewired for rev.lights

just pull the pin that the spring on the foot brake is hooked to straight down and tie it to frame with a piece of wire, as for which wire is reverse? not sure, you could probe them with a test light and see.
