Many people say that zillas are great in the snow (and mud) and I think they come in 14"
Lots of opinions about tires out there
I like my GBC Spartacus, good on just about everything

Grim Reapers all the way man. I plow in the winter, and find mud holes in the summer. A great tire choice!!

Rockers
While I don't own a set (yet) this is by far the best tire review I have ever seen.

Zillas are the lightest and far superior to the others mentioned in mud. Havnt tried them in snow yet but have watched videos of people using them
And they rip it up they are also really good in the sand

it depends on how much your willing to spend since u said snow and mud and assuiming u do some good bit trail riding i know people say zillas but thats just because of the price is good as hell but if u got the extra dough go for mud zillas havent owned them but i did ride on them and i they were awesome they were XL mud zillas i tried to get my buddies atv stuck in a lake and it was hard lost 20 bucks due to that also they should have 14inch rims
just on side note it was scrambler 500

I love my new Sedona Rip Saws. I put them on my 2010 850 XP. Haven't had them in snow yet. I can't imagine they would do great in it though. Look them up!
