Noticed in the shop today that we have a brand new 3000lb VIPER ELITE winch there. It has a slight grease stain on the freespool knob sticker, but that's it. We won't sell it as new.

So before I go liquidate it on Ebay, I figured I'd check in here to see if anyone is interested. They go for $344.99 retail, but we'll sell it for $269.99 to any interested party. You can also add a mount plate if you need one for just $30.

I ended up purchasing the unit. I really wasnt looking for a winch. Was planning on front and rear guards and ricochet skid plates first but this seemed like too good a deal to pass up.

We'll see how the install goes, I've never put a winch on before. I imagine everything is pretty simple as far as bolting it on. The electrical is where I think it might get tricky, we'll see.

I put a 3000 Viper on my 450 Sportsman and if your alittle handy with tools should be no problem. The factory Batt. cables were for a Warn Winch. I had to separate them up front as they were molded together to use them on my Viper don't know if this would still be the case but Viper sent new batt. cables to run to the back if you don't want to separate the fac ones.
