ATV Trailer Opinions / Manufacturers

Thinking of purchasing an ATV/Utility trailer. I am familar with PJ Trailers, but not any other manufacturers. Looking for others to share theirs. Pics would be great!

So far I am looking at a 60" x 12' or 60" x 14'. One ATV now, but may purchase a second. I would hate to buy a trailer that is too short for two.

Thanks!!!!!!!

I have owned may trailers over the years & by far this one is my favorite. This is a Triton SL12. I can haul 3 ATVs or a ATV & a RZR. My buddy has the same trailer without the ramps. Cargo area is 152" X 79" and it will haul 2165 lb.

Looks like a nice trailer. What kinda of $ are we looking at? I am actually heading to your part of the country in the morning. We are heading to family in WI. I am bringing the enclosed trailer with us to drop some things off. I may leave it in WI and then may pick up a utility for the trip home.

Any good trailer dealers in the area. I have been searching the web, but haven't found much. N.I.T.E. Equipment?? Heard of them?

Brkcop,

They are really not that bad. I purchased mine used for $800 bucks. Best of all they are aluminum. Same with the one without the ramp. I have seen them on Craigslist over the border in WI for between 1000-1200 for a newer one. I will do a search and see if I can find one for you. Be careful driving up my way they are calling for 8 inches of snow starting Sunday night. Where in WI are you going to be?

I got your PM's. Thanks much. I am delayed here because of a last minute change of plans and a snow storm. The better half is going to stay behind and the 5 year-old and I are going to make the trip. My folks are about a half hour out of Milwaukee in Brookfield.

It going to be a nice long trip so I will be checking the web and seeing the dealers from the road. I have to drop the enclosed trailer in WI, but will be making the trip back and should be able to pick one up.

Ill keep my eyes open also. They usually list on Sundays when people are off. If something pops up I will shoot you a pm. How many hours of a drive is it and where are you coming from? Brookfield is about a hour north of me. When you drive up 94 by Grayslake IL if you take rt120 west I am 1/2 a hour up the road in McHenry.

We are coming the mtn.s about two hours from Denver. Approx. 1100 miles to my parents front door. Not sure of the time since I will have the 5 year-old, Lily, with. Need to stop a bit more. Years ago before we moved to CO, my sales territory covered your area. I was a manufacturing representative and spent my time in northern IL. Lived in East Troy.

I was going to post that I am in search of a Predator 50. Do you have any source for one?

I just sold 3 Polaris 50ccs for export. 1 08 and 2 06's. I get them from time to time for my overseas buyers.

Here is a trailer in your area. Nice thing about the side load with ramps is if a strap brakes they are still locked in.

ATV , etc trailer

Made it back to WI. Started to look at Karavan Trailer, Falcon and Reliable-Trailers. Reliables being an aluminum trailer. Karavan comes in galvanized. Falcon pretty basic, but the cheapset. Too many options and decisions.

Anybody have any experience with any of the above?

Decided to go with the Karavan KU-3750-76-10 in black powdercoat. Pick it up in the morning. Seems like a really nice quality trailer. Send some pics tomorrow.
