ATV Trailer (pull behind) question.
I will be fabricating a trailer for my XP's and my only issue is where to find spindle/hubs that will work with the Polaris bolt pattern. I have the factory takeoff wheel and tires that I will be using on the trailer, but i need a cost effective way to do so. I assume that I will need the polaris hubs from/for a quad, but what years have the same bolt pattern as the xp's?
If I can get all the parts, I will post up progress pic's in a pull behind trailer build thread.

i dont know for sure the bolt pattern but im going to take an educated guess and say its a 4/156 pattern

you should be able to find some trailer hubs w/ 4-4 pattern then get wheel spacers-adapters to adapt out to your bolt pattern. 'bout the only solution out there.
Is there going to be enough space on your trailer for the tall ,fat tires?

Thanks for the info, I will look up the drawing and see if this is an option. It may not be the greatest of plans, only due to ordering spindles, bearings, and seals. I will check the pricing.

I haven't thought of that, it does seem to be the best option. So, i guess the issue will be to find a company that will have adapters to make it work. It seems that this will be more of a one of a kind request? Due to Polaris' bolt pattern?
As far as fitment, I have plans on how to build to make sure there will be room. I have tossed up the idea of suspension, but I think it would hurt more than help due to varible weights of load. So if I were to go with out suspension, and adjust tire pressure, I should be good. It shoud look pretty good using a polaris wheel and tire combo, unlike the manufactured trailers offered.

You can find hubs listed for sale on ebay. Just do a search on Polaris Sportsman parts and accessories and start digging through the 7,000 listings that pop up.

I plan on running down to Redneck on Saturday, we have one here... Great place! That sounds damn good.
I think I am going to just make my own adapter for the bolt pattern with some aluminum I have, and have the holes machined. Then just pick up the polaris studs. Or, I may just give it a go on my drill press and be as exact as possible.
