Removal of decals from camo pattern

My '09 550XP came with the Mossy Oak camo. I have read were you can remove your decals using a hair dryer. So...My question is, can I do the same? I don't know if the camo pattern is painted on or taped on. I would think that if it's taped on I better not put the dryer to it.

I just left mine in the sun till the stickers warmed up and then I slowly lifted them off with no sticky residue left on the Quad.

One thing about Camo, I walked away from it in the forest a couple times, almost lost it!

you can take a heat gun to the camo the thing to watch is dont melt the plastic, i have taken off alot the warning stickers on mine rides and there all camo. if you got some residue left goo be gone works or an automotive adhesive remover like 3m . or speedy 500. the camo is tuff stuff.
