Not when you have a far superior engine in the 570, and a better track recored for reliability.

I almost traded my 400 for a 550 ladt year, opted not to.

It might take another year or two to determine how reliable the 570 motor is over the long term.

Edit: I hope my 550 lasts a long time but one never knows with any motor. I think 570 track record is too early to tell after only one model year. Even if something is superior from a performance perspective it doesn't mean that it will be reliable over the long term.

My Dad is putting $500.00 down on a new 570 camo with EPS on Monday. The dealer told him 3-4 weeks before arrival!!
We have read and heard nothing but good feedback on the 570 engine and tranny combo in the RZR.
I will post pics when he receives it.

Wife loves it. I like it too, but I'm a little big for it.

I was thinking of this post that mentioned solid motor but transmission may not be up to the same level.

If I was in the market for a new machine I'd still take the 550xp over the 570 value line without hesitation

Ok... looking at specs I see the 570 still uses MacPherson Struts on the front. While those are fine for damping imperfections they give a somewhat floaty ride and will not corner like having a dual A-Arm up front as in the XP. Now maybe the setup is far different from the MacPherson setup on my old 2004 but there is a markedly different driving dynamic between those two setups on my quads.

If 570 and transmission do turn out to be super reliable in several more model years I would be more in the market for a 570 XP.

I thought the 570 rzr had the same transmission as the 900xp..... Seems like its should be plenty stout for a 700lb atv

Maybe just a little bit bias, with that remark, especially since you haven't ridden a 570HO yet. We all have our favorites, but I think it might be better to reserve our comments until we ACTUALLY have ridden what we're commenting about

Sunset Red
F+R windshields
Quadboss roof
Polaris Rear Cargo box
26X9X12 Maxxis Ceros

2001 Kawasaki Bayou 300 4x4, a great 3 wheel drive ATV
2013 Sportsman 500 HO another great atv
2015 Polaris Ace 570....Problem free and too much fun

I just prefer the ride of the xp chasis over the value line chasis, the 570 chasis is only slightly modified over the current value line with a slightly narrower seat and different rear rack
