I posted up a little info on the forum but here's a recap. It's just north of Topeka, Ks on Hwy 75 and 110th About 15 min north of Topeka. The area isn't HUGE by what I'm used to, about 10 acres but there is going to be a lot of activities for all to have fun in such a small area. The main part is going to be a dirt track for the sport quads to race around in. Eventually there will be jumps and obstacles for them to enjoy. There are also 3 main "trails" that go up and down a VERY steep hill. Good jumps going up and BIG jumps going down the hill. Trust me, in my 1000# quad I got about 12' out on one jump. I about peed myself. Then there's this creek that I'm trying to work on. I have a few trees to cut down and a few areas to tweek. On the other side of where I got stuck at I'm thinking of expanding this creek trail as on it gets a little more technical for some. Not as muddy, but lots of crevasses to work around before the finish line. I think the whole trail could be done in under 2.5 minutes for a real experience mudder, if they can get out of the area I got stuck in! All in all it's got lots of potential considering they aren't funded by the state or government so these are just a few good ol' boys trying to make a place for everyone to come out and have fun in different areas! Of course they are willing to hear about suggestions on what to add, improve or do without. I have about 100 more trees to cut down before April 30th so I have my work cut out for me. If you guys have any more questions, I'd be more than happy to try to answer them for you, either ask here or PM me. Hope to see some of you out there!
