lift binding front axle

New to the site need help. I have a new Sporstman x2 550 that has a binding issue it feels like the brake are own when in ride all started when I put a 2inch lift on. I can be riding and all of all sudden it will fill like the brakes are on I can put in reverse for a few feet and put back in low and ride again and its good for a while and then it will do it again. any help will be great thanks . I can jackup the rear and rear wheels spin free when in netural but when i jack up the front the front will not spin freely is that how they work or what i would think that the front should spin freely also. Sorry I posted in different section first didn't see that I should post in the newbie section so I'am reposting here. Thanks
