Mike I am also searching for this answer. We have 3x 2001 325's and the bottom shock bushing is out in 2 of them. They must have been bad from the factory because none of the other bikes we have have had problems. And these were splintered and cracking within 4-5 years.
I bought polyurethane bushings from autozone and modified them to fit with a belt sander and drill. Talk about a lot of work! (I had to take quite a bit of material off in order to get them down to size) They have been on over a year and are working great.
Anyway, please keep us posted. If i find something that is close that I can modify I will be happy!

Just for the hell of it check and see if your a arm bushings are the same. On my RZR the shock bushings were shot, but the a arm bushings fit. It's worth a try.
Also any and all bushings on a Polaris seem to be garbage.

Interesting idea man roadie. I didn't think of that. On my trail boss and trail blazers they are single front a-arms, but that just may work if i trim them down.
