Newbie with question

first of all just want to say hi and am glad to have joined. thanks to all here for your knowledge and experience.

I have a used 2006 Polaris Hawkeye 2x4 I use at my deer lease, 70 hours total. It has worked flawlessly until now. Last week I went to turn it on and nothing to include the display screen not working and headlights not coming on. About 3-4 hours later I tried it again and it worked perfect. Did not know what to make of that.

It happened again a couple of days ago. Still it will not do anything. I made sure the battery was charged, its only a few months old, and cleaned the battery connections.

Nothing works, not even the headlights. The kill switch on the left handle bar is right in the middle as it should be.

Not sure if it is a fuse or bad ground somewhere. Not sure where the fuses are at to check or where I should start to find the gremlin responsible.

Any input would be great. Thanks for your time.

Dave

definately try tracing out the ground cables. this just recently happened to my truck. never had it happen on a fourwheeler though. but a bad ground would definately do this.
