Whats up guys? Im new here and lookin for a few answers. Now a little background on the atv. It was my brothers old bosses four-wheeler. One of his new workers wrecked it, he then brought it to us to check it out. Me cleaned the carb, replaced the spark plug, and put a new filters on it. When it didnt start we took the cylinder off just in case. We found it was missing half the piston skirt and had deep scratches in the cylinder. He told us if we could find soething to do with it we could keep it. We found a guy who did boring, and had it done .060 over. He also hooked us up with a new piston and gasket kit for it. We had it overhauled for under 200 bucks so then it was time to make it look good. Since it was almost completely pink we decided to paint it black after Plastic renew didnt work on it, so we bought rubberized undercoating and did the whole thing. Rims got painted silver along with the pod. We are currently snorkling it, and ordering sticker. Now for the problem: It was never registered for trail use. We know its a 1995 explorer 400. And the vin number by the a-arm is gone. We do have this number though: 3018953 Hoping this will give us more info.
