Two days ago I bought a brand new 2012 sportsman 500 i rode it a little bit not to heavy or in deep water well now it won't stay started keeps stalling out every 10 ft or when hit the throttle in neutrel ..it takes sbiut 7 tries to get the thing started I thought maybe it was bad fuel so I drained it and put 93 in it and still problem anybody know wut it might be

I would be paying a visit to the dealer if possible but here's some ideas. I am not trying to be an ass here, but I am assuming the gas petcock is turned on?? Sounds crazy but some people don't even know they exist.
My next question would be is it getting fuel? Does the fuel filter look cherry red or white, when you remove the line from the carb and turn the key does gas spray out? Next, how's the spark? Does choke help or hurt? Last thing to check would be the air filter. Can't imagine it got too dirty in a quick ride though. Good luck!
